We had the pleasure of meeting Joe Postnikoff when we were looking at property in the beautiful Nechako View Subdivision. Upon meeting him we could see he is a honest, hard working man with a great work ethic. So when we decided to list our rental house there was no question it would be with Joe. At our rental we had a water leak when we were out of town & he was right there mopping it up, calling a plumber, taking pictures for us for our insurance. He went above & beyond his call of duty. He is a wealth of information, & a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend him! Needless to say he sold our house for us.
